Horizontal Pressure leaf filters are used where Vertical design is not convenient. Cake is not dislodged easily by Vibrator & to be manually removed. Normally pressure leaf filters are pre coated with filter Aids. Quantity of filter aid varies as per applications / capacities.

Polishing bag filters are required to install down stream partly or fully automated filters which take out the small impurities. For higher flow requirement they can be upgraded from Single to Multi Bag filter. Duplex filter housings are used for applications where there is continious flow cannot be shut down for filter bag.

DRUM FLAKER are used to convert molten products into solid in to continuous operation. Molten liquid adheres on outer surface of rotating drum through feed tray / applicator Roller. Drum is internally cooled by spraying chilled water. The product solidifies and after completion of rotation of drum scrapped off the drum surface to form flakes.
